The first slide laid out the anatomy of a website that converts: the five elements every B2B homepage needs, and how most companies miss at least three of them. The second covered structured-data ROI, with before-and-after numbers from a client site where adding ProfessionalService and FAQ schema lifted organic impressions by 340% in 60 days. What the audience asked

The questions were sharp and practical. On keeping quality high when AI writes the code, I said the same thing I always do: AI generates the scaffolding, and a human still makes every real decision about design, content, and architecture. On the ROI timeline for structured data, my experience is 4-8 weeks for organic visibility and 2-3 months for measurable lead increases. On whether AI tools can handle enterprise-grade requirements, the honest answer is that for marketing sites and content platforms they absolutely can, while for complex applications with custom backends it depends on the architecture.

Why I keep speaking at community events

Speaking is how I give back to a room of people who do the same work. Toronto's B2B community is full of talented marketers who deserve better tools and sharper partners than the market usually hands them, plus information they can actually trust.
