Built for the phone in your pocket

The first firm they call, not the third one they find

Somebody needs a roof, a rewire or a whole house built. They search, they open two or three sites on their phone, and they call whichever one answers their question fastest. We build the site that wins that thirty seconds: quick to load, easy to call, and honest about the work you actually do.

What builders and contractors tell us

The five lines we hear from builders and contractors on every audit call.

They told us

I pay an agency $1,400 a month and still lose to firms across town.

What that means

A monthly invoice for reports nobody reads is the most common story we hear. The money is going somewhere; the jobs are going to whoever turns up first on a phone.

$16,800 a year for reports
They told us

Half the people who call have never looked at the site.

What that means

When the site answers nothing, the phone does all the work. Every question your site could have answered is a call you had to take between jobs.

Hours a week on the phone
They told us

We have 180 five-star reviews and the site shows none of them.

What that means

Your reviews are the strongest thing you own and they are sitting on somebody else's platform. On your own site they do the convincing before anyone rings.

Proof left on the table
They told us

The site takes six seconds to load on a phone.

What that means

Most of your customers are standing in a driveway or a half-finished kitchen when they search. Six seconds is long enough for them to go back and tap the next result.

Most visitors leave first
They told us

We build to a standard nobody can see from the website.

What that means

Custom builders lose work to volume builders because the difference is invisible online. What you do differently has to be on the page, in words, or the quote is the only thing left to compare.

Judged on price alone
What you get

What gets built, and what each piece is there to do

01

A call button that follows people down the page

One tap, no hunting for a number, no form to fill in first. On a phone it sits at the bottom of the screen the whole way down, because most of your customers would rather ring you than type.
02

A page for every area you serve

One page per town or neighbourhood, so somebody searching for a roofer in their own suburb finds a page about their own suburb rather than a list of thirty places you cover. Adding a new area later takes a line in a spreadsheet.
03

A page for every service or model you offer

Kitchens, rewires, re-roofs, or your floor plans and model homes, each with its own page and its own photos. People search for the job they need, not for a company that does everything.
04

Your Google reviews pulled onto your own site

They update themselves, so the wall of five stars is on your page rather than one click away on somebody else's. New reviews appear without anyone touching the site.
05

Before-and-after galleries that load fast on a phone

The single most persuasive thing a construction firm owns, sized so it appears immediately on site data rather than after a spinner. Drag the slider, see the difference.
06

Job-site updates turned into posts without you writing them

Talk through a walkthrough on your phone for a few minutes and it comes back as a written update for the site. That steady trickle of real work is what makes a builder look busy and trusted.
Pricing

What each tier looks like for a construction firm

Pricing is published and sits below what most agencies quote. Each tier is a one-time build, plus an optional monthly plan from $60 that keeps the site running and reports on how people are finding you.

Site

$2,500
Site at $2,500 covers up to 8 pages: home, about, contact, three of your main services, a gallery and a reviews page. It suits a one-or-two-van operation that needs to stop losing calls to a slow, dated site.

Story

$5,000
Story at $5,000 covers up to 15 pages plus the writing and video setup, so job-site walkthroughs become posts and each of your main services gets a proper page with its own photos. It fits an established firm with a crew and a steady flow of work worth showing.

Engine

$9,000
Engine at $9,000 builds 200+ pages at once: every service crossed with every town you cover, plus a page for each model or subdivision. This is the tier that picks up the hundreds of small local searches nobody else has bothered to answer.

Studio

$15,000+
Studio at $15,000 and up is for firms running several brands or divisions, a quote request that has to land in your job management software, or a builder with multiple communities that each need their own site.

Monthly plan (search and AI work included at every tier)

Proof in the wild

Starlit Homes: a four-page site turned into the reason people call

Starlit Homes build high-performance custom homes in London and southwestern Ontario, tested and engineered well beyond code. Their website was four pages and said almost none of that, which meant a buyer comparing them against a volume builder had nothing to compare except the price.

We rebuilt it into roughly thirty pages: one for every model, one for the building standards they hold themselves to, and a running blog about how the houses are actually made. The things that justify their price are now written down where a buyer reads them, before the first meeting rather than during it.

The same approach runs under Blackstone General Contractors and Zebra Home Cinema. Different trades, same problem: the work is excellent and the website was the weakest thing about the business.

Why us

What comes with a Space & Story build

01
Speed on a phone is the starting point, not a nice-to-have. Your customers search standing on a job site with one bar of signal.
02
Adding a new town or a new service takes a line in a spreadsheet, so the site keeps up with where you actually work instead of waiting on a web project.
03
Getting you named when somebody asks ChatGPT for a builder in your area is included in every monthly plan, and we show you the traffic it brings.
04
Mahmoud built the booking system that handled roughly a quarter of Canada's daily COVID vaccinations, so the site staying up under load is not the interesting part of the job for us.
05
Our own site gets 32% of its visitors from AI tools, more than 11,618 visits in a single week. We build your site the same way we built ours.
06

Free audit

24-page AI search audit, no commitment.

You hand us your web address and we send back a scored report: how fast the site loads on a phone, whether Google and ChatGPT can actually read it, how often they mention you today, and the gap between what you have and what builders and contractors need to show up in 2026. A web address is all we need.
