A school site that reads like the program parents are searching for
Per-program pages with EducationalOrganization and Course schema, per-instructor profiles with Person and jobTitle schema, multilingual content for the families who need it, and Cite-met AI-search traffic tracking across six AI engines so you can see the AI crawlers reading your pages as parents start asking ChatGPT about Montessori in Mississauga or Quran memorization in Brampton.
The five lines we hear from schools and training providers on every audit call.
“The agency keeps writing 'nurturing learning environment' and parents keep clicking on the other school.”
Generic admissions copy loses to specific framework language because parents search for the framework, not the feeling.
“We have eight programs but the website has one services page that lists them in a row.”
Each program needs its own page with Course schema, syllabus depth, and the keyword the parent is actually typing into Google.
“Half our parents speak Arabic at home and our site is English only.”
Multilingual content is the deciding factor for immigrant communities, and one Google Translate widget does not count.
“Open house registration goes through a Google Form and we have no idea who saw it.”
Event schema plus a real intake form means open houses get indexed, surfaced in AI answers, and traced back to the parent who showed up.
“When parents ask ChatGPT about our program type the answer is always a competitor in the US.”
Without schema, llms.txt, and per-program topic depth the AI engines have nothing local to cite, so they default to the louder American school.

The Imam Development Academy (ID Academy) is a free, in-person Islamic leadership program in the Greater Toronto Area, running eight courses across Aqidah, Fiqh, Tafsir, and Sirah from January through April 2026. The brief was to build the digital home for a program that pairs classical Islamic scholarship with applied leadership skills, which meant the site had to communicate the dual mission ("Authentic Knowledge. Applied Leadership.") without sounding like every other religious institution website that opens with a stock photo of a mosque.
We shipped the platform on React with a full-stack architecture: authentication for student registration, semester management for the eight-course schedule, faculty profiles for the instructor team, and a volunteer onboarding flow for the community side of the program. The course pages each carry a syllabus, faculty credentials, and learning outcomes, which is the structure a prospective student needs before committing to a certificate track. Both the certificate and audit pathways are documented properly, with program structure cards breaking down the practical details parents and students want before registering.
The model that ranked the twelve building-science pages for Starlit Homes applies cleanly to twelve program pages. Per-program pages carry EducationalOrganization and Course schema. Per-instructor pages carry Person and jobTitle schema for E-E-A-T. Cite-met tracks AI-search traffic across six AI engines, so the Academy can watch the crawlers read its pages and see itself get cited when a parent asks ChatGPT about Islamic leadership programs in the GTA. The full case is on /work/idacademy, with the live build at idacademy.ca.
