Ziani is a Westminster monitoring platform for UK public affairs teams, the people whose job is to know what Parliament did before their clients ask. The work it replaces is hours of watching committee feeds and reading Hansard by hand, and that manual grind is exactly where things get missed.
It starts with real-time transcription of committee sessions, run through speech-to-text. The transcripts are the floor, not the product. Ziani summarises hours of proceedings into a short briefing that pulls the quotes that matter, the policy shifts, and where each stakeholder landed. Teams set alerts by topic, by MP, or by policy area, so a relevant intervention reaches them the same day rather than next week.
The stakeholder map shows how MPs, committees, and policy areas connect, which is the view a team wants when it's deciding who to engage and when. The dashboard renders dense political data as visualisations a non-specialist can read, so Westminster's machinery becomes something you can actually follow.
We built Ziani in React against Westminster's data APIs. A tool this data-heavy usually feels like one, and the work here was making it read clearly enough that a public affairs lead trusts it at a glance.
