The Ridge at Beaverbrook is a listing site we built for broker Rashida Dhalla to market a modern townhome development in the Hyde Park neighbourhood of London, Ontario. An MLS spec sheet tells a buyer the square footage. It does not tell them what it would feel like to live there, and that gap was the whole job.
So the site is built around what the listing can't show. Aerial drone footage gives buyers the view of the property and the streets around it. Interactive floor plans let them walk each level instead of squinting at a thumbnail. A neighbourhood section maps the amenities, schools, parks, and transit that decide whether a place fits a life, not just a budget.
The investment section does the work for the buyers who think in numbers: pricing, comparable sales, and how the area has been trending. Investors get the case laid out rather than implied. The layout is clean and responsive throughout, so the path from interested to inquiring stays short.
We built it in React against live real estate data feeds. It loads quickly, holds up on any screen, and gives Rashida a site that reads like a broker who works the way her buyers now research.
