The Ridge at Beaverbrook is a premium real estate listing site built for broker Rashida Dhalla to market a stunning modern townhome development in the desirable Hyde Park neighbourhood of London, Ontario. The site needed to do more than list specs — it had to sell a lifestyle.

We designed the experience around immersive visual storytelling. Aerial drone photography gives prospective buyers a bird's-eye view of the property and its surroundings. Interactive floor plans let users explore each level of the townhome in detail. A dedicated neighbourhood section highlights nearby amenities, schools, parks, and transit — everything a buyer needs to imagine their life there.

The investment analysis section was a strategic addition, breaking down pricing, comparable sales, and the area's growth trajectory. This gives buyers — especially investors — the confidence to act. Combined with a clean, responsive layout and intuitive navigation, the site reduces friction between interest and inquiry.
